Anchorage Economic Development Corporation is soliciting consultant services to facilitate collaboration in the update of the Ship Creek/Waterfront Land Use Plan and the creation of a site-specific Master Plan with the following elements: (1) Establish goals, objectives and policies governing future land use development in study area, (2) Define a signature element using public input, and (3) Facilitate public participation in the planning process.
