Register to Volunteer at our Luncheon

Economic Forecast Luncheon
January 28th, 2026

Join us in making our biannual economic luncheons a success!  We’re seeking volunteers to help with setup and onsite support. Whether you can commit to a portion or the entirety of the event, your contribution is invaluable. If you’re interested, please complete the form below. Volunteer Opportunities

8:00 am – 10:30 am Set Up & Staging

  • Place swag bag
  • Place programs & collateral on table
  • Inserting table tents & centerpieces
  • Vendor check-in
  • Breakout room set up

10:45 am – 11:45 am Door Ushers

  • Assist with check-in
  • Help guests find their tables
  • Identify available seats at general seating

10:30 am – 12:30 pm Sell Raffle Tickets

  • Sell raffle tickets at the AEDC table
  • Walk around during the event selling tickets to attendees

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Clean Up & Take Down

  • Collect any remaining material and break down AEDC booth.

Gift Bag Stuffing 1.19.2026 at AEDC Office
9am-12pm and Lunch will be provided.

Please note that volunteers will not be provided a seat for the luncheon; however, you’re welcome to stay and watch the presentation if you’re interested. Pizza and salad will be provided for all volunteers.
