The Anchorage Economic Development Corporation saw the number of interest signups for the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) triple overnight since the 2026 August Economic Outlook Luncheon. Over 40 new people have signed up to participate and learn more about how to help build Anchorage’s five-year blueprint for a stronger, more resilient community.
The CEDS is a regional planning guide created cooperatively by the Municipality of Anchorage and the Anchorage Economic Development Corporation to drive local job growth, income stability, and federal funding eligibility.
