Maureen Moore serves as GCI’s Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer and began leading GCI’s consumer business in 2026. Over nearly 30 years with GCI, she has held roles spanning marketing, consumer operations, and customer experience. Beyond GCI, Maureen previously served on the Alaska Broadband Task Force and the Covenant House Alaska Board of Directors, among others. She currently serves on the Competitive Carriers Association Board of Directors as Chair and a member of its Executive Committee. Born and raised in Alaska, she has lived in Anchorage for more than 30 years. She has a passion for travel, supporting non-profit work focused on children and young people, and photography.
