President of the Cook Inlet Region Inc.

Tabetha Toloff serves as the President for Cook Inlet Region Inc. (CIRI) an Alaska Native Corporation. She is responsible for leading ANCSA mission operations, shareholder relations, shareholder communications and programs, corporate affairs, community stakeholder engagement, and coordination of CIRI’s engagement with socially driven enterprises, tribal leadership, village corporations, and other Alaska Native corporations. Tabetha brings broad business acumen, strong leadership competencies and a deep understanding of the history, importance and priorities of ANCSA, Alaska Native corporations and Tribes. She previously held leadership roles at Cook Inlet Tribal Council, The CIRI Foundation, and Alyeska Pipeline Service Company.

Tabetha holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Alaska Pacific University, a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University, and a graduate certificate from Alaska Pacific University’s Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program. She was inducted into the Anchorage Athena Leadership Society in 2022 and currently serves on the boards of Alaska Federation of NativesANCSA Regional Association, and Alaska Native Heritage Center.

Tabetha has lived in Alaska her entire life and in Anchorage for over 40 years.
