Anchorage Employment Report: June 2025

Year over year, Anchorage’s June estimated jobs increased by 1.03% to 156,800.

The three fastest-growing sectors were: Leisure & Hospitality (5.39%, +900), Trade, Transport, Utilities (1.7%, +600), and Professional & Business Services (2.13% +400).

Month over month, total Anchorage jobs grew by an estimated 1.55% (2,400 jobs), following seasonal trends.
