Host an Exhibitor Table at our Luncheon
AEDC exists to encourage economic growth and diversity in Anchorage, to promote a favorable business climate, and to raise Anchorage residents’ standard of living. One of the ways we achieve these goals is by showcasing local businesses and the contributions they’re making towards Anchorages success.
Join us at one of our biannual economic luncheons, which draw over 1,500 attendees seeking insights into current business, employment, consumer, and housing trends, along with a forecast of Anchorage’s economic future. If you’re interested in showcasing your organization by hosting an exhibitor table at our next event, please complete the application below.
Overview of the Exhibitor Hall:
- Includes one general seating ticket to the luncheon.
- The Booth cost is $500 for a 10 x 10 space.
- Setup will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Tear-down will begin at 1:30 p.m. and must be completed by 2:30 p.m.
- The Exhibit Hall doors will open at 10:30 a.m.
- Vendors will be in the large foyer directly outside the ballroom.
- Each vendor will be given one black skirted 8′ table and two chairs.
- There will be no parking passes provided.
- Electricity will not be available to all booths it must be requested in advance.
Exhibitor space is not guaranteed as we have limited tables.
